• Last-Minute 999: For Avida / WV Towers / People’s Condo. Stay up to 2 nights.
• SpontaNight 1199: For SMDC / Megaworld units. Stay up to 2 nights.
Question 2. Are these vouchers refundable or cancellable?
No—once purchased, vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
If a code is lost, unused, or expires, it will sadly be forfeited, so keep it safe.
Question 3. Are the vouchers transferable?
Yes! You can give them as a gift to friends or family. Anyone can use them as long as they present a valid ID and the voucher code at check-in.
Question 4. Is there a limit to how many vouchers I can buy?
You can buy as many vouchers as you want—no limit per guest.
(Only 200 vouchers are available overall, so they may sell out fast.)
Question 5. When can I book using the voucher?
All vouchers follow a 10-day cooling period based on your check-in date.
Example: If you buy a voucher today, your check-in date must be 10 days or more from now.
Question 6. How many nights can I stay with a voucher?
It depends on the type of voucher you choose:
• Studio Steal 999: Up to 10 nights
• Studio Special 1199: Up to 10 nights
• Last-Minute 999: Up to 2 nights
• SpontaNight 1199: Up to 2 nights
Question 7. How many guests can stay in the room?
Each voucher allows:
• 2 guests per room
• Additional guests at ₱400 per person
